Both persons came out in their fight stance and McGregor got in the middle of the cage and hit the sidekick to get started and the second kick seemed to be part of McGregor's plan. McGregor now extends his left arm, but Poirier moves forward with the left hook that holds McGregor up.
Dustin Poirier comes back with a good leg kick and McGregor goes back. Poirier moves forward and hits a good left hook۔ McGregor going massive on lead leg kicks. Now he takes his left hand but Poirier takes him down and McGregor is hit with a left hand that hits McGregor early. Poirier maintains the pressure and he kicks McGregor's buttocks. but McGregor gets a guillotine!
McGregor falls down while guarding but after a while, Poirier manages to clear his legs Poirier is now available to pass on McGregor's guard. McGregor is now with Cage Poirier moves forward with a large elbow, he moves forward towards the guard۔ But McGregor returns to form and hits some good elbows.
Poirier then returns to form and hits McGregor with his elbows۔ McGregor looks unhappy with the big shorts۔ Both McGregor and Poirier's right-hand look tired۔ This is Khabib-esque. McGregor kicked him for a moment but Poirier came back upstairs۔ Good kick for McGregor but Poirier stood up and scolded him۔
After a while, Poirier complains about something and stands up۔ McGregor looks forward to using the opportunity but Poirier drops him. McGregor approaches Cage's fences and Poir keeps hitting him McGregor is saved by the bell۔
